You're very kind, but I've lost my hair, and if nothing else, much of my heart. (Woe.)

I did finally get back into exercising every day. That's done various wonders. What about you? I don't remember the last time I saw your friendly face.

oh you haven't lost it you removed it by choice! tour de force, go west young man go west! sorry i probably should get some sleep by now. ;>

you've lost most of your heart? to whom?? at least you have relationships with intriguing women. i greatly respect that. they were worthy of your heart, though your heart must remain intact for the rest of us people! you are such a great person you cannot go thither or wither wane.

what do you do for exercise? i was just at the gym myself. i swear i avoided them like the plague as somehow i likened them to suv's and yuppies en general. oh me? oh my. i look much the same but haven't been in pictures excepting the photos on facebook and one post my friend made of us at new wave night. it was taken right before i lopped off the hair i was growing out ever too long. i was very drunk in those photos so daren't post them EVER. it was interesting as i had crimped my hair and donned a polka dotted scarf like rose mcgowan and sported new wave makeup complete with a tiny black heart on my upper cheekbone. ;>

HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD FOR CUTE.

Really I can't choose just one lady as the sole thief of my heart pieces, it's been such a group effort, the whole team has just been so great.

...

It's OK, I can make more. In Zelda I'd always find all the heart pieces. It was almost a compulsion. I am compelled and impelled to assemble these lost hearts of the heavenly.

For exercise I have been walking and running up and down a volcano every single night. It's about 4 miles from my house to the top, and back. I've lost 70 pounds this way (50 in 2006, gained some back in 2007, 20 this year so far).

I'm moving far from the volcano sadly so I might have to go somewhere else or maybe get a bike and change up my routine to the volcano. The latter is preferable.

Oh, shoot, I also drunkenly forgot that I need to make money on the 24th, so I can't volunteer then, but I can do all of the other shifts. Ever. Funny how that works. Who do I contact with this information? It would be pretty convenient if it was you.
